Main Uses
This machine can fully automatically achieve precise inline dosing and dynamic uniform mixing of fruit particles (or fruit pulp, etc.) with yogurt (or different types of liquid products) in varying proportions.
Suitable for packaging of the following products:
Fruit particle yogurt, beverages, and other products.
Technical Features
This machine can precisely control the speed of the fruit particle servo rotor pump and the yogurt servo rotor pump according to the user-set mixing ratio of fruit particles (or fruit pulp, etc.) and yogurt (or different types of liquid products). Both pumps synchronously deliver fruit particles and yogurt to the dynamic mixer at preset flow rates; after uniform mixing by the mixer, the system receives the filling machine's feeding command and quantitatively delivers the mixed material to the filling machine, achieving the online dosing and dynamic uniform mixing function.
