This machine is designed and manufactured specifically for packaging liquids and viscous materials that require high cleanliness and are packaged with either screw caps or spout nozzles, offering high cleanliness and large-capacity, fully automatic operation.
Suitable for packaging the following products:
Egg mixture, custard filling, whipping cream, cheese, condensed milk, and more; various animal and vegetable fats such as butter, lard, hot pot oil, soybean oil, and palm oil; non-carbonated beverages, protein drinks, coconut milk, herbal teas, and other fruit-based juice drinks; fermented bean paste, sweet bean sauce, salad dressings, and a variety of condiments; liquid seasonings like soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine, and oyster sauce; soup bases including cold noodle broth and bone broth; daily-use and chemical products such as liquid fertilizers, paraffin wax, lubricating oils, coatings, detergents, fabric softeners, bleaching agents, and additives; as well as liquid and semi-liquid products like pasteurized milk and dairy beverages.
Technical Features
1. Customizable packaging available with either a screw cap or a spout design;
2. Customizable models available with packaging capacities ranging from 5 to 25 liters;
3. Optionally equipped with a top-level Class 100 cleanroom laminar flow purification system, allowing the entire machine to complete the full packaging process within its purified environment;
4. The lifting and lowering transverse sealing device features stepless adjustment across different height ranges, enabling quick product specification changes.
5. Modular design, stainless steel components, and a transmission system combining servo motors with pneumatic actuation;
6. Employs intelligent control systems such as PLC and human-machine interface touch screens;
7. Sterilize the packaging film using a high-intensity ultraviolet lamp;
8. Supports CIP automatic circulation cleaning system;
9. The packaging material is a composite film, featuring a multi-stage sealing design to enhance sealing strength.
10. Fully automatic implementation of the entire packaging process, including bag making, cap/mouthpiece capping, filling, metering, sealing & cutting, and date printing;
