Main Uses
This machine is designed and manufactured for packaging liquids and viscous materials that require a high level of cleanliness in the packaging environment. It is a Class 100 clean, side-sealing, high-speed, dual-head fully automatic packaging device.
Suitable for packaging the following products:
Pasteurized milk, dairy beverages, fermented yogurt and other dairy products; various sauces such as bean paste, jam, salad dressing; fruit juice, drinking water, plant protein beverages, cream, condensed milk, egg liquid, various soups, soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine and other liquid seasonings and active biological bacteria.Technical Features
1. Equipped with a Class 100 clean laminar flow purification device on top, the entire machine completes the full packaging process under this purified environment;
2. Modular design, stainless steel components, transmission form combining servo motor and pneumatics;
3. Uses intelligent control systems such as PLC and human-machine interface touch screen;
4. Strong ultraviolet lamps sterilize the packaging film;
5. Supports CIP automatic circulation cleaning system;
6. Packaging material is PE film;
7. Fully automatic realization of bag making, filling, metering, sealing, cutting, date printing and other packaging processes;
