Main Uses

This machine is a fully automatic packaging equipment designed and manufactured for liquid and viscous materials packaging.

Suitable for packaging the following products:

Butter, lard, salad oil, palm oil and other animal and vegetable oils and fats, bean paste, sweet flour paste, salad dressing and other sauces, beef bone soup and various soups, soy sauce, vinegar, yellow wine and other liquid seasonings, cream, condensed milk, egg liquid, coconut milk, cold noodle sauce, herbal tea, alcoholic beverages, lubricants, liquid fertilizers, coatings, wood varnish, detergents, fabric softeners, bleach, additives, pasteurized milk, yogurt, dairy beverages, fruit juice, drinking water, plant protein drinks, and active probiotics.

Technical Features

1. Optional top-mounted Class 100 clean laminar flow purification device, completing the entire packaging process in a purified environment;
2. Lifting horizontal sealing device with stepless adjustment within different height ranges, enabling quick switching between different product specifications;
3. Modular design, stainless steel components, transmission combining servo motor and pneumatics;
4. Intelligent control system using PLC and human-machine interface touchscreen;
5. Strong ultraviolet light sterilizes the packaging film;
6. Supports CIP automatic circulation cleaning system;
7. Packaging material is composite film, with multi-seal blade design to enhance sealing strength;
8. Fully automatic realization of bag making, filling, metering, sealing and cutting, date printing and other packaging processes;
9. The whole machine features high cleanliness, large capacity and adjustment range, fast operation speed, high metering accuracy, strong stability, long service life, convenient operation and flexible adjustment.
