Main uses
This machine is a Class 100 cleanroom-compatible, back-sealing, high-speed, dual-head fully automatic packaging device specifically designed and manufactured for packaging liquids and viscous materials that demand stringent cleanliness in the surrounding environment.
Suitable for packaging the following products:
Soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, cooking wine, pasteurized milk, yogurt, dairy beverages, herbal tea, fruit juices, soy milk, drinking water, protein drinks, cold noodle seasoning, soup bases, various additives, alcoholic beverages, lubricants, liquid fertilizers, coatings, and other liquid and semi-fluid products.
Technical Features
1. Equipped with a Class 100 cleanroom laminar flow purification system at the top (optional), the entire machine completes the full packaging process within this purified environment.
2. Modular design, stainless steel components, and a hybrid transmission system combining servo motors with pneumatic actuation;
3. Utilizes intelligent control systems such as PLC and human-machine interface touch screens;
4. Sterilize the packaging film using a powerful UV lamp;
5. Supports the CIP automatic circulation cleaning system;
6. Packaging material is PE film;
7. Fully automated process for bag making, filling, measuring, sealing, cutting, and date printing—covering the entire packaging workflow;
