Main Uses
This machine is an ultra-large-capacity, fully automatic packaging device specifically designed and manufactured for packaging liquids and viscous materials, suitable for the following product types:
Liquid seasonings such as soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, cooking wine, yellow wine, and seafood sauce; animal and vegetable oils including beef tallow, lard, salad oil, and palm oil; various types of sauces like doubanjiang, sweet bean paste, and mayonnaise; diverse soups such as beef bone broth; as well as creamy products, condensed milk, egg liquid, coconut milk, cold noodle sauce, herbal tea, alcoholic beverages, lubricants, liquid fertilizers, paraffin wax, coatings, wood finishes, detergents, fabric softeners, bleaching agents, food additives, pasteurized milk, yogurt, dairy beverages, fruit juices, bottled drinking water, plant-based protein drinks, and active probiotic cultures.
Technical Features
- Optional top-level Class 100 laminar flow purification system is available; the entire machine completes the full packaging process within this purified environment. ；
- Featuring an ultra-large capacity design, this solution reduces enterprise packaging and logistics costs, making it widely suitable for applications in areas such as food ingredients, industrial raw materials, and additives—truly an innovative alternative to traditional drum-style packaging.
- Modular design, stainless steel components, and a transmission system combining servo motors with pneumatic technology;
- Adopting intelligent control systems such as PLC and human-machine interface touch screens;
- Strong ultraviolet lamps are used to sterilize packaging films;
- Supports the CIP automatic circulation cleaning system;
