This machine is designed and manufactured specifically for packaging liquids and viscous materials that require high cleanliness standards, featuring automatic capping or spout attachment while maintaining a sterile packaging environment. It’s a high-capacity, fully automated packaging solution tailored for such demanding applications.
Suitable for packaging the following products:
Egg mixture, custard filling, whipping cream, cheese, condensed milk, and more; various animal and vegetable fats such as butter, lard, hot pot oil, soybean oil, and palm oil; non-carbonated beverages, protein drinks, coconut milk, herbal teas, and other fruit-based juice drinks; condiments like doubanjiang (fermented broad bean paste), sweet bean sauce, and salad dressings; liquid seasonings including soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine, and oyster sauce; soup bases such as cold noodle broth and bone broth; daily-use and chemical products like liquid fertilizers, paraffin wax, lubricating oils, paints, detergents, fabric softeners, bleaching agents, and additives; as well as liquid and semi-liquid products like pasteurized milk and dairy beverages.
Technical Features
1. Customizable packaging available with either a screw cap or a spout design;
2. Customizable packaging available in Type VII sizes from 5 to 12 liters, or Type VIII sizes from 10 to 25 liters;
3. Optionally equipped with a top-level Class 100 laminar flow purification system, allowing the entire machine to complete the packaging process within its clean environment.
4. The lifting and cross-sealing device features stepless adjustment across various height ranges, enabling quick product specification changes.
5. Modular design, stainless steel components, and a hybrid drive system combining servo motors with pneumatic actuation;
6. Employs intelligent control systems such as PLC and human-machine interface touch screens;
7. Sterilize the packaging film using a powerful UV lamp;
8. Supports CIP automatic circulation cleaning system;
9. The packaging material is a composite film, featuring a multi-step sealing design to enhance sealing strength.
10. Fully automated process for bag making, screw cap/spout application, filling, weighing, sealing & cutting, and date printing—covering the entire packaging workflow.
