Main uses
This machine is a Class 100 cleanroom-compatible, back-sealing, high-speed, dual-head fully automatic packaging device specifically designed and manufactured for packaging liquids and viscous materials that demand stringent cleanliness in the surrounding environment.
Suitable for packaging the following products:
Pasteurized milk, milk beverages, pre-fermented yogurt, cream, condensed milk, soy milk, fruit juices, drinking water, plant-based protein drinks, egg liquid, various types of soups, liquid seasonings like soy sauce and vinegar, as well as live probiotic cultures.
Technical Features
1. Equipped with a Class 100 cleanroom laminar flow purification system at the top, the entire machine completes the full packaging process within its purified environment.
2. Modular design, stainless steel components, and a hybrid drive system combining servo motors with pneumatic actuation;
3. Utilizes intelligent control systems such as PLC and human-machine interface touch screens;
4. Sterilize the packaging film using a high-intensity UV lamp;
5. Supports the CIP automatic cleaning circulation system;
6. Packaging material is PE film;
7. Fully automated process for bag making, filling, metering, sealing, cutting, and date printing—covering the entire packaging workflow;
