Main uses
This machine is a Class 100 cleanroom, back-sealing, high-speed, dual-head fully automatic packaging equipment designed and manufactured specifically for packaging liquids and viscous materials that have stringent cleanliness requirements for the packaging environment.
Suitable for packaging the following products:
Pasteurized milk, milk beverages, pre-fermented yogurt, cream, condensed milk, soy milk, fruit juice, drinking water, plant-based protein beverages, egg liquid, various types of soups, liquid seasonings such as soy sauce and vinegar, and active probiotic cultures.
Technical Features
1. The top is equipped with a Class 100 clean laminar flow purification device, and the entire machine completes the entire packaging process in this purified environment.
2. Modular design, components made of stainless steel, and a transmission system combining servo motors and pneumatic actuators;
3. Employs intelligent control systems such as PLC and human-machine interface touch screens;
4. Sterilize the packaging film using a high-intensity ultraviolet lamp;
5. Supports CIP automatic circulation cleaning system;
6. The packaging material is PE film;
7. Fully automated implementation of the entire packaging process, including bag making, filling, metering, sealing and cutting, and date printing;
