Main uses
This machine is a Class 100 cleanroom, back-sealing, high-speed, dual-head fully automatic packaging equipment designed and manufactured specifically for packaging liquids and viscous materials that have stringent cleanliness requirements for the packaging environment.
Suitable for packaging the following products:
Soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, cooking wine, various sauces, pasteurized milk, yogurt, dairy beverages, herbal teas, fruit juices, soy milk, drinking water, protein beverages, cold noodle broth, soup bases, various additives, alcoholic beverages—these are all liquid and semi-fluid products.
Technical Features
1. The top is equipped with a Class 100 clean laminar flow purification device (optional), and the entire machine completes the entire packaging process in its purified environment.
2. Modular design, components made of stainless steel, and a transmission system combining servo motors and pneumatic actuators;
3. Employs intelligent control systems such as PLC and human-machine interface touch screens;
4. Sterilize the packaging film using a high-intensity ultraviolet lamp;
5. Supports CIP automatic circulation cleaning system;
6. The packaging material is PE film;
7. Fully automated implementation of the entire packaging process, including bag making, filling, measuring, sealing and cutting, and date printing;
