Main uses
This machine is a composite film, back-sealing, high-speed, dual-head fully automatic packaging equipment specifically designed and manufactured for liquids and viscous materials that have stringent requirements for packaging barrier properties, oxygen barrier performance, packaging strength, and environmental cleanliness.
Suitable for packaging the following products:
Liquid seasonings such as soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, and cooking wine; animal and vegetable fats and oils including beef tallow, lard, and palm oil; various types of sauces such as doubanjiang, sweet bean paste, and salad dressing; and diverse soups including cream, condensed milk, egg liquid, coconut milk, and bone broth. Lubricating oil, liquid fertilizer, coatings, wood finishes, detergents, fabric softeners, bleach, additives, Pasteurized milk, dairy beverages, fruit juices, drinking water, and plant-based protein beverages, among others.
Technical Features
1. An optional top-level Class 100 laminar flow purification device can be installed, enabling the entire packaging process to be completed within a purified environment. ；
2. The lifting and horizontal sealing device features stepless adjustment over a wide range of heights, enabling rapid changeover between products of different specifications.
3. The sealing process optimized for nylon membranes enhances sealing strength through a multi-stage sealing blade design.
4. Modular design, components made of stainless steel, and a transmission system combining servo motors and pneumatic actuators;
5. Employs intelligent control systems such as PLC and human-machine interface touch screens;
6. Sterilize the packaging film using a high-intensity ultraviolet lamp;
7. Supports CIP automatic circulation cleaning system;
8. The packaging material is a composite film;
9. Fully automated implementation of the entire packaging process, including bag making, filling, measuring, sealing and cutting, and date printing;
