Main uses
This machine is a small, fully automatic packaging device designed and manufactured for packaging liquids and viscous materials.
Suitable for packaging the following products:
Animal and vegetable fats and oils such as butter and palm oil, various sauces including doubanjiang, sweet bean sauce, and salad dressing, cream, condensed milk, egg liquid, coconut milk, bone broth, and other types of soups. Lubricating oil, liquid fertilizer, coatings, wood finishes, detergents, fabric softeners, bleach, additives, Pasteurized milk, dairy beverages, liquid seasonings such as soy sauce and vinegar, fruit juices, drinking water, and plant-based protein beverages, among others.
Technical Features
1. Small in size and flexible to use;
2. Modular design, components made of stainless steel, and a transmission system combining servo motors and pneumatic actuators;
3. Employs intelligent control systems such as PLC and human-machine interface touch screens;
4. Sterilize the packaging film using a high-intensity ultraviolet lamp;
5. Supports CIP automatic circulation cleaning system;
6. The packaging material is PE film or composite film;
7. Fully automated implementation of the entire packaging process, including bag making, filling, weighing, sealing and cutting, and date printing;
