Main uses
This machine is a fully automatic packaging equipment designed and manufactured for packaging liquids and viscous materials equipped with screw caps or spout nozzles. It can be optionally equipped with a Class 100 clean laminar flow purification system according to the product’s requirements for the packaging environment. It is suitable for packaging the following products:
Egg liquid, custard filling, light cream, cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and the like; various animal and vegetable fats and oils, including butter, lard, hot pot soup base oil, soybean oil, and palm oil; non-carbonated beverages, protein drinks, coconut milk, herbal teas, and other types of juice-based drinks; broad bean paste, sweet bean sauce, salad dressing, and other condiments; soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine, oyster sauce, and other liquid seasonings; cold noodle broth, bone broth, and other soup bases; liquid fertilizers, paraffin wax, lubricating oils, paints, detergents, fabric softeners, bleaching agents, additives, and other daily chemical and industrial products; pasteurized milk, dairy beverages, and other liquid and semi-fluid products.
Technical Features
- The entire packaging process—from bag making, screw cap/flow spout attachment, filling, metering, sealing and cutting, to date printing—is fully automated.
- Customizable packaging with either a screw cap or a spout nozzle;
- Customizable packaging capacity is 5. ~12L Type VII, or 10 ~25L Type VIII;
- An optional top-level Class 100 laminar flow purification unit is available; the entire machine completes the entire packaging process within its purified environment.
- The lifting and horizontal sealing device features stepless adjustment over a wide range of heights, enabling rapid changeovers between products of different specifications.
- Modular design, components made of stainless steel, and a transmission system combining servo motors and pneumatic actuators;
- Adopts intelligent control systems such as PLC and human-machine interface touch screens;
- A high-intensity ultraviolet lamp is used to sterilize the packaging film.
- Supports CIP automatic circulation cleaning system;
- The packaging material is a composite film, and its multi-stage sealing blade design enhances the sealing strength.
