SYB/SJYB-IIISD-F Type Composite Film Back-Sealing Dual-Head Fully Automatic Liquid Packaging Machine / Class 100 Cleanroom
A 32-year-old manufacturer of flexible packaging machinery for liquid and viscous materials, offering customized product support.
Main uses
This machine is a fully automatic packaging equipment designed and manufactured for liquids and viscous materials that have high requirements for packaging barrier properties, oxygen barrier performance, packaging strength, and environmental cleanliness. It features composite film packaging, back-sealing, high speed, and dual-head operation.
Suitable for packaging the following products:
Beef tallow, lard, chicken fat, mutton fat, hot pot soup oil, soybean oil, salad oil, peanut oil, blended oil, palm oil, rapeseed oil, Buddha’s lamp oil—fully automatic bagging packaging machine for animal and vegetable fats and oils; filling and packaging machinery.
Technical Features
1. An optional top-level Class 100 laminar flow purification unit is available; the entire machine completes the entire packaging process within its purified environment. ；
2. The lifting and horizontal sealing device features stepless adjustment over a wide range of heights, enabling rapid changeover between products of different specifications.
3. The sealing process optimized for nylon membranes enhances sealing strength through a multi-stage sealing blade design.
4. Modular design, components made of stainless steel, and a transmission system combining servo motors and pneumatic actuators;
5. Employs intelligent control systems such as PLC and human-machine interface touch screens;
6. Sterilize the packaging film using a high-intensity ultraviolet lamp;
7. Supports CIP automatic circulation cleaning system;
8. The packaging material is a composite film;
9. Fully automated implementation of the entire packaging process, including bag making, filling, measuring, sealing and cutting, and date printing;
