SYB-VII High-Capacity Fully Automatic Liquid Packaging Machine
— Professional automatic filling and packaging machine for beef tallow, lard, mutton fat, chicken fat, cream, and hot pot soup base oil (0.1–25 kg; custom-made to order)
Main uses
This machine is a large-capacity, fully automatic packaging equipment designed and manufactured for packaging liquids and viscous materials.
Suitable for packaging the following products:
Animal and vegetable fats and oils such as butter, lard, hot pot soup oil, salad oil, and palm oil; various sauces including doubanjiang, sweet bean sauce, and salad dressing; diverse soups such as beef bone broth; liquid seasonings like soy sauce, vinegar, and yellow wine; cream, condensed milk, egg liquid, coconut milk, cold noodle sauce, herbal tea, alcoholic beverages, lubricating oils, liquid fertilizers, coatings, wood finishes, detergents, fabric softeners, bleach, additives, pasteurized milk, yogurt, dairy beverages, fruit juices, drinking water, plant-protein beverages, and active probiotics.
Technical Features
1. An optional top-level Class 100 laminar flow purification unit is available, enabling the entire packaging process to be completed within a purified environment.
2. The lifting and horizontal sealing device features stepless adjustment over a wide range of heights, enabling rapid changeover between products of different specifications.
3. Modular design, components made of stainless steel, and a transmission system combining servo motors and pneumatic actuators;
4. Employs intelligent control systems such as PLC and human-machine interface touch screens;
5. Sterilize the packaging film using a high-intensity ultraviolet lamp;
6. Supports CIP automatic circulation cleaning system;
7. The packaging material is a composite film, and the multi-stage sealing blade design enhances the sealing strength.
8. Fully automated process for the entire packaging procedure, including bag making, filling, weighing, sealing and cutting, and date printing;
