SYB-IIISD High-Speed Back-Sealing Dual-Head Fully Automatic Liquid Packaging Machine
Single-layer film, composite film, capacity 0.1–25 kg—customization available upon request.
Main uses
This machine is a back-sealing, high-speed, dual-head fully automatic packaging equipment designed and manufactured for packaging liquids and viscous materials.
Suitable for packaging the following products:
Pasteurized milk, dairy beverages, herbal teas, fruit juices, soy milk, drinking water, plant-based protein drinks, animal and vegetable fats and oils, cream, condensed milk, salad dressings and various other sauces, bone broths and other types of soups, cold noodle sauces, liquid seasonings such as soy sauce and vinegar, alcoholic beverages, lubricants, liquid fertilizers, coatings, and wood finishes, among others.
Technical Features
1. Modular design, components made of stainless steel, and a transmission system combining servo motors and pneumatic actuators;
2. Employs intelligent control systems such as PLC and human-machine interface touch screens;
3. Sterilize the packaging film using a high-intensity ultraviolet lamp;
4. Supports CIP automatic circulation cleaning system;
5. The packaging material is PE film;
6. Fully automatic implementation of the entire packaging process, including bag making, filling, metering, sealing and cutting, and date printing;
