100-level cleanroom-side-seal dual-head fully automatic vertical liquid packaging machine
Said Packaging – 33 years of dedicated expertise in blister packing machines and pillow‑type back‑seal packaging machines.
Main uses This machine is a Class 100 cleanroom‑compliant, side‑sealing, high‑speed, dual‑head fully automatic packaging system specifically designed and manufactured for packaging liquids and viscous materials that demand stringent cleanliness in the packaging environment.
Applicable to the following product packaging:
Pasteurized milk, fresh milk, yogurt, fruit‑infused milk, dairy beverages, and various other dairy products as well as a wide range of liquid products.Technical Features
1. The top is equipped with a Class 100 clean laminar flow purification system, ensuring that the entire packaging process is carried out within a purified environment.
2. Modular design, stainless steel components, and a transmission system that combines servo motors with pneumatic actuation;
3. Employs intelligent control systems such as PLCs and human–machine interface touch screens;
4. A high-intensity ultraviolet lamp is used to sterilize the packaging film.
5. Supports a CIP automatic recirculation cleaning system;
6. The packaging material is PE film.
7. Fully automated execution of the entire packaging process, including bag formation, filling, metering, sealing and cutting, and date printing.
8. The entire machine features high cleanliness, a wide capacity adjustment range, fast packaging speed, high metering accuracy, strong stability, long service life, convenient operation, and flexible adjustments.Technical Performance Parameters
